faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff
the hotel was close to public transport.
the air conditioning did not work properly in the room. this made for some unbearably hot times. the staff did not fix the issue, nor did they offer another room after i reported it immediately upon arrival

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed well maintained. I noticed it was generally clean. I also appreciated the air conditioning. It worked well the entire time.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing. There was a lack of hot vegetarian options. I only saw sweet pastries and toast with spreads. The bed was firm with a noticeable ridge. It was like there was plastic under the fitted sheet and the consistency was not comfortable.

the staff was friendly i appreciated its central location near termini station the rooms offered a clean environment and the beds were comfortable i found the breakfast selection had many choices

clear directions comfortable bed little variety stale croissants
the staff provided clear directions to local shops. the room was clean enough and featured a big, comfortable bed.
breakfast offered very little variety. croissants tasted stale and the coffee wasn't great at all.
