location was really convenient near termini station. it made travel easy, i thought. the staff gave clear directions and assist me with local places. multilingual support helps a lot too.
street noise was constant all day and night. i found some sockets were loose in my room, it worried me. no coffee in the room either, it's disappointing. i think some maintenance work is needed.

hotel location is excellent as i see it. it is very close to termini station. the room was spacious enough. luggage storage was secure, it was a separate room only accessible by staff.
the room i had did not met my expectations. there was some damage on the wall. the facilities provided were basic. breakfast options was very limited and did not represent good value.

The hotel is conveniently close to the metro station and a short walk to attractions. Staff provided 24-hour reception, so late check-in and early check-out was easy. They stored our luggage after checkout, helpful.
Air conditioning was not working as it was near winter, so I did not have the option to use it.

uneven experience near termini station

the location was good since it was near the train station.
the room was not excellent. the bed linen had stains, and the floors looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. additionally, the reception staff seemed indifferent, and their attitude wasn't cute.
