fantastic stay!

the hotel staff were cute upon my arrival.. gigi even provided coffee and snacks. lorenzo always greeted me with a smile . i had a private balcony where i could enjoy breakfast.
the air conditioning did not work effectively. i could hear the fan running, but the room temperature remained around 32 degrees celsius. this made sleeping difficult, as i was expecting proper cooling.

the staff was really nice . they offered helpful tips for seeing the sights and avoiding lines at the colosseum. i appreciated the free coffee and pastries upon my early arrival before check-in time. storing luggage before check-in and after check-out was easy too.
the soundproofing wasn't the best, and i could hear doors slamming, hallway noise and the metro vibrations. the breakfast had good variety though the food quality wasn't excellent. the bacon tasted like plastic.

My room was generally clean with a comfortable bed. coffee, tea, and a kettle were available on the desk. there was a fridge in the room, though no bottled water was provided. The room was also very quiet, given its location on a busy street.

the hotel's location made it easy to walk to the colosseum and other city attractions! nearby, i found shops and restaurants adding to the area's charm. it was also a short walk to termini station, very helpful for airport transportation.

the location proved very convenient. a bus stop sat right outside, and the metro was close too. i received a colourful map with suggested attractions. the breakfast options seemed decent considering the price..
my room felt quite small. it lacked sufficient space for opening my luggage. the bathroom seemed old. i noticed it looked dirty as well
