lovely getaway
helpful serviceprofessional approachuseful tip
linda in the restaurant offered fast, helpful service, even remembering my breakfast order from the previous day. a gentleman from sri lanka (i think) maintained a very professional and hospitable approach, always cleaning and checking on guests. donna at breakfast gave us useful tips for visiting a local waterfall.
the hot tub felt lukewarm, definitely not hot enough for a relaxing experience.

Breakfast had locally sourced options. it tended to be overcooked (the eggs seemed a bit rubbery!). dinner service was slow. A drink order took twenty minutes and it was incorrect when it arrived.

The pool area has a dedicated kids swim session in the mornings. spa changing facilities are small. This made it difficult with many guests using the area. the spa includes lounge bed covers, but some had noticeable stains.

The food selection was extensive. it included english breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, and potato cakes. the orange juice tasted fresh. It was high quality and not sugary. staff members were very polite and helpful too
the tv in the bedroom had no remote at all.

The lady at reception was amazing, guiding us about our lodge and arranging someone to carry our cases. I thought that was sweet. the pool was great and very clean, a total delight. I loved it. dining was exquisite with food amazing and really good. I felt pampered and cared for.
The breakfast lacked variety. This was slightly disappointing.

The staff were helpful with a genuine smile, and they ensured that nothing was too much trouble. It was heartwarming. there was also russian-speaking staff at reception. It made communication easy.

The location was a dream. it provided easy access to the sights of north wales. I found it convenient! though it was away from the main holiday resorts, it was within easy reach. I really liked that.

the location was new i found the staff helpful the accommodation had what i needed breakfast was included in the price of our stay the breakfast room is set up lovely the staff are friendly. we arrived late reception let us sit down to eat the pool is gorgeous it has a glass roof you get a towel from reception to use.
crockery was insufficient in our lodge we booked for four adults there were only two bathrobes i had to report the problem

I encountered several cleanliness issues in my Two-Bedroom Chalet. I noticed dirty marks on the walls. I found some hairs in the shower (yuck!).

our key card didn't work when we first arrived it was inconvenient. the spa said they only could do 30 min treatments, but there was one reason or another they didn't want to do it
