the location was convenient, quite close to the underground station.
My room was smaller than i expected from the photos. the cleanliness was not ideal, as there were crumbs behind the bed and stains on the shower. the tv also didn't work. I couldn't tell if it was the tv or the remote at fault.

The room was entirely clean. room services were timely, and my room was tidied daily. i could leave my luggage for later collection after checking out. That helped a lot.

the hotel sits in a silent zone. it is also quite accessible to the royal hospital and the queen mary campus, a medical school of university. a two-minute walk gets you to whitechapel train station.

The room was very light and spacious. I also appreciated having a hairdryer and an iron. the fan was a very welcome addition to keep the room cool. the staff were responsive and polite, appreciated.
the street outside was a little noisy , but i was still able to sleep well.

The staff was cute. adam showed us two different rooms. I could choose my favorite.
i found that the room was really small, the carpets were so dirty. we were three people in a double bed, with a sofa turned into a small bed. there was no space for luggage and no space to walk, so it did not meet my expectations.

i found the hotel about five minutes from the tube station. it was really easy to find and i appreciated the proximity. the staff was very responsive.
We weren't informed that the room we booked was located in another building. it was about seven minutes walk away. This was a little inconvenient.
