amazing breakfast clean area quiet pool

The breakfast was amazing! the staff served it with such care. i adored the cleanliness in all areas. It felt so fresh and cute. the quiet pool area was just divine for total relaxation.

A decent hotel overall

The breakfast was really good. It was beautifully presented with a lovely variety of food. The staff were attentive to detail and served it personally to each table, which i liked.

Unfortunately, the niceties finished in our room. A tiny wardrobe with 6 hangers and 3 drawers each to fit all our belongings for a week holiday was a squeeze. I also noticed the en suite bathroom offered no privacy because it is beside the bed.

the staff was efficient. rui and vera displayed wonderful hospitality.

the heated open-air pool was a main reason i chose this place. i enjoyed it for three days, but the water turned cold for the last four. i was told the north wind cooled the pool, but it seems the heating system failed.

Some issues detracted from the experience

The location was central. This made getting around fairly easy.

The room I had was not ideal. the pool was FREEZING. I was told the north wind cooled it, but I suspect the heating system failed. This was VERY disappointing.

the staff were amazing and very helpful. the breakfast included a wide spread brought directly to the table. the location is both central and private.

the uber service has drop-off and pick-up about half a block away.

Really good service and beautiful setting!

warm welcome daily cleaning breakfast variety

I am grateful for Paulo's warm welcome and assistance with my luggage. He explained the hotel's history. he answered questions and served drinks. The breakfast had coffee, mimosas, breads, meats, and cheeses. The cleaning team kept the room tidy with fresh towels.

The street parties made constant noise starting around 11pm. It was something of a distraction.
