The staff was very friendly. The location is nice. I appreciated the complimentary coffee available all day. This made mornings easier.
The room was small. The bathroom was also quite small. I found the pillows to be uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

SOME issues with the room, THOUGH
convenient locationcramped roomlack of light
The hotel's location proved convenient. Many dining options were easily accessible.
The room I was given felt cramped. The bathroom was PARTICULARLY small. the lack of natural light was disappointing. My room faced a wall, resulting in a dark and somewhat depressing atmosphere during the day.

Mixed experience, Some nice touches, but issues exist

The room felt quite cramped, especially the bathroom. It lacked the comfort I anticipated. The provided pillow was flat and hard. It did not allow a restful sleep. Natural light was lacking as the window faced a wall. The room remained dark all day. I expected more for the price.

It's a great feature not always available. i also enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine located in the modern dining area. the hotel's proximity to the 9 streets made it easy to explore bakeries and restaurants.
My room had no view and felt dark even during the day. The lack of natural light was a bit depressing.
