Decent Stay with Minor Issues
friendly staff free coffee small room uncomfortable pillow
The staff was very friendly. The location is nice. I appreciated the complimentary coffee available all day. This made mornings easier.
The room was small. The bathroom was also quite small. I found the pillows to be uncomfortable. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

efficient woman clean room
the staff were interested in providing assistance. the woman who ran the breakfast room was efficient and made sure i had what i needed. room was very clean, it was just as pictured.

SOME issues with the room, THOUGH
cramped room lack of light
The hotel's location proved convenient. Many dining options were easily accessible.
The room I was given felt cramped. The bathroom was PARTICULARLY small. the lack of natural light was disappointing. My room faced a wall, resulting in a dark and somewhat depressing atmosphere during the day.

Mixed experience, Some nice touches, but issues exist
small bathroom lacking light
The room felt quite cramped, especially the bathroom. It lacked the comfort I anticipated. The provided pillow was flat and hard. It did not allow a restful sleep. Natural light was lacking as the window faced a wall. The room remained dark all day. I expected more for the price.

The staff shared a city map upon check-in, showing key points of interest. Fresh pastries was each afternoon , and I enjoyed that. They also provided a bag with snacks when I checked out.

fantastic canal side stay
modern dining area complimentary coffee machine convenient location
I appreciated the elevator. It's a great feature not always available. i also enjoyed the complimentary coffee machine located in the modern dining area. the hotel's proximity to the 9 streets made it easy to explore bakeries and restaurants. a lift was a bonus.
My room had no view and felt dark even during the day. The lack of natural light was a bit depressing.
