i found the staff very friendly. they were so helpful with everything i needed. the location was very convenient with many shops within a short walk. the dining area provided a nice spot to relax before trips.
the bathroom mirror was very dirty upon arrival. the overpriced transfer to the airport was also disappointing. my room's condition could have been better overall.

The hotel's location was convenient. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice each morning. I appreciated the flavorful orange juice.
The white bedroom furniture looked tired. The in-room fridge was not the best. Sliding wardrobe doors jammed. I had to remove one door.

the staff were very helpful and cute. they maintained tidy rooms and kept the surrounding environment clean. plenty of hot water was available and i received clean towels.
i noticed a very slight issue where, after changing one tv channel, i couldn't change it again.

I found the location quite convenient. It was near many shops and restaurants yet remained peaceful. the room had ample space, and the bed proved large and comfortable for restful nights. breakfast was an excellent start to the day, with maria's attentive service standing out. every staff member i encountered seemed genuinely friendly and helpful.
i noticed the room lacked sufficient places to hang clothes or towels, a minor inconvenience.

mold in showerearly closure
i must say i felt let down by a few things. the room lacked proper cleanliness i noticed mold in the shower tile grout and saw hairs around the room it seemed my room was not thoroughly cleaned . a significant drawback was the early closure of the bar it closed around 6pm so getting a drink later was impossible.
