The staff was helpful. The room was spacious. The terrace was useful for drying clothes and towels.
I could hear everything next door. I could hear when someone was walking by my room. There was a bad smell every time I went inside the bathroom.

the rooms were quite spacious and clean. the hotel is in a great location near the beach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, i admired their commitment.
the internet barely worked at all and was very slow, this was frustrating. the shower hose in my room had a bad leak. i had to hold the shower head upside down to get water, this was inconvenient.

The location proved convenient. the staff offered helpful suggestions. i liked that we extended our stay an extra week. the staff was really nice upon early arrival. My room was actually ready
the pool was not clean! i don't think it was cleaned regularly. similarly, there was no pool bar! the wifi was quite weak. it was hard to watch a movie.

I received an upgrade to a junior suite, it had a great pool view, wow! The suite was very clean and spacious and had a TV and air conditioning. The kitchen included a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and ironing board! I also used the pool table downstairs at €1 per game. The location really rocks, it's a fifteen-minute walk to the strip or a quick Uber ride for £3, amazing!
The hotel is a bit outdated, it could use new furniture, that's all!

Diego was fantastic. His customer service was excellent, he always looked younger than he is! He assisted me with various inquiries. He booked excursions for me with ease, calling for pickup when needed.

I found the location quite convenient. the beach was a short walk away. the pool was also nice and clean. I appreciated that it was well kept. my room had a good-sized balcony that overlooked the pool.

I appreciated the quick assistance from nuno. He always helped us with everything. the room was surprisingly large and comfortable for our needs. its location provided easy access to the beach and local dining. the pool was also a nice feature.
on arrival, the room cards did not work, and a staff member was still cleaning.
