i had a comfort room. the room was very clean with all necessary amenities. the staff is nice and accommodating. there is infused water and free coffee and milk in the lobby!

The hotel location is great near a nice park. Families frequented the park and the metro station was nearby. A large outdoor bar was also across the park (it was quite lively).
I asked twice for a sheet, and I never received one. There was no communication about why I didn't get it. The AC was locked, so I was very hot at night using the thick blanket.

Upon arrival , I noticed hair on the pillow and covers. The sheets also showed a stain that looked like dried blood.
