The location near public transport was amazing. m29 bus took me straight to the main shopping street. the breakfast even had allergy-friendly milks. Staff was really attentive too!

the room had no kettle. i wanted hot water for tea but even the cafeteria didn't have any hot water. an older staff member was really rude when i asked for hot water. they flatly refused to give me some even with a coffee machine right there. only when younger staff were at the desk, they gave me a cup of hot water. no air conditioning meant the room was hot because of the summer sun. i had to open the windows, but the street noise ruined the peace.

The location was great! it was super close to the train station (, made travel easy). the room was also very clean, which i always appreciate. plus, the staff were really nice and helpful. They answered all my questions.
The beds in the twin room were too close together. there was also no plug near the beds, so charging my phone was a hassle. I waited a while.

the free wi-fi are bad. i could not complete simple tasks. it was nearly unusable in my room, and only a little better in the lobby. i likely choose a different hotel next time.

The location was Really good. It made exploring very easy. Check-in was quick, and I found the staff very polite and efficient. My room was ready upon arrival, allowing me to settle in without delay.

The location is GREAT. It is one minute from Anhalter Barnhof on the S-bahn and very central. Rooms were basic, though clean. The room was quiet. I didn't expect that in a capital city budget hotel.
The toilet was a bit smelly. It seemed it hadn't been properly cleaned for a while.
