Amazing Stay, GREAT location!!!

The room had a great size and a super comfortable bed. Breakfast offered a great variety. The cheese selection especially impressed me. The location is close to shops. It is just AMAZING! The staff was super attentive. I was kinda surprised.
There were many corridors. It was sometimes tricky to find my room initially.

interior garden electric kettle friendly staff
The room had a safe, a minibar, and an electric kettle. I found that helpful. the room overlooked an interior garden, so it was very quiet. the staff was helpful and friendly, which i appreciated.
The hallways echoed sounds. I could hear doors opening and closing. it was a little annoying.

easy access warm staff clean room
The hotel's location offered easy access to popular attractions via short rides. breakfast included many options and the staff was excellent. i would like to mention the lady working at breakfast in the mornings. She was warm. the room was clean and well maintained.
My bedside light did not work. I asked for it to be sorted on the first and second mornings.

great location breakfast selection nice balcony dated room cigarette smell no tea facilities
the location is super great, like right next to the cool Ku'damm area! breakfast had so many options, it was good. the room had a balcony too, it looked right over Ku'damm and i liked it.
the room i get was older i feel and not like the rooms shown online. i feel dissapointed then. the room smell like old cigarettes too, its bad. like really bad.

i found the staff quite helpful and accommodating. the room had a kettle, good for making tea, and a minibar. this was useful for storing milk. the breakfast offered a good selection of food.

the hotel has a safe. my room also have a minibar and electric kettle. my room was a quiet one, it overlooked an interior garden. the staff are helpful and friendly.
i could hear everything in the hallways. i could hear doors opening and closing too. there are stairs to access reception and the floors. the lift drops you between levels, so you walk half a staircase to the room levels.

quality food quick staff
the breakfast room was lovely with a good choice of quality food. staff were very quick to sort out drinks as you came in. there are some wonderful restaurants nearby so, in the evening, i didn't feel the need to venture far from the hotel..
i could hear everything in the hallways, even the doors opening and closing.
