the room was clean and the bed proved comfortable. a 24-hour supermarket is very close, it offers extra convenience. the reception staff allowed luggage storage after checkout, a great help. i could explore more before going to the airport!
obtaining an invoice presented difficulties due to a pos system issue. the receptionist lacked adequate training to resolve it. i found the situation inconvenient.
