I found the location really good for exploring the historic center and Christmas markets. The hotel opens directly onto a beautiful plaza, perfect for enjoying the festive atmosphere (i loved that!). The staff demonstrated warmth and were eager to. The room was clean and well kept.
The first floor room had noise from nearby restaurants, notably when the windows were open. The noise also affected ability to sleep.

The hotel is situated right in the town center, with a lovely view of the Notre Dame Cathedral. It is an excellent location for accessing points of interest, since everything is within reasonable walking distance.

The room featured large windows that overlooked the square. I enjoyed feeling like I was in a tree house (a very romantic tree house!). The bathroom was adequately sized, including a functional shower.

the location was central to everything , so i could easily walk to attractions. my double room was on an upper floor. this meant i had a nice view of the square below. the staff was helpful , especially when i needed directions.
the shower was very small , and the doors made it hard to get in and out. there weren't many free outlets to charge my devices , which was inconvenient. the tv had limited channels that worked , so i couldn't watch much.
