totally awesome stay

the location rocks it is close to the city center i loved the super helpful receptionist they went out of their way to. i could easily walk to lots of bars and restaurants it took me only a short walk from the area the waiting staff were attentive and helpful i also liked the modern design of the room. the hotel provided secure parking for motorcycles i found this very useful the breakfast was very nice and yummy i had a good shower too. check-in was easy and fast the staff members were friendly i would definitely stay again they even gave me a free upgrade wow it was really an awesome gesture.
the walls are really thin i heard my neighbors easily that was the only problem everything else was just fine

The location provided easy access to the city center. I really appreciated the short walk through a lovely park. The room had an electric kettle with tea and coffee provided. Housekeeping kept everything clean. The reception staff offered friendly, professional service. Travel information was readily available in the lobby. I found the breakfast buffet large and good. I enjoyed the available variety!!!
The pillows were rather flat and not very comfortable. I think that new pillows would enhance the sleep experience.

The location was great. The super nice team. i had a couple maintenance issues. They resolved them quickly. they allowed me to extend my parking an extra hour after checkout while we completed a group foot tour.
The air conditioning unit in the room was a portable unit that was very loud. The sleep mode on it was not working at all.

The lack of an internal connection between the rooms and the garage was a major inconvenience! I had to go outside to reach my car. Stairs near the room entrance posed a challenge with luggage. It seems difficult with mobility issues. the old building needs better sound isolation. I could hear every passing car, and vibrations were noticeable in the room.
