The location is close to the city center. I found the staff cute. The room was also clean and well-kept.
The room lacked air conditioning. A portable fan was available, but it was quite loud. The parking fee was an unexpected additional cost.

the reception staff offered helpful information for exploring the city during my short visit. i received an upgrade to a room with air conditioning quickly. the hotel is well located allowing for easy exploration of the city by foot.
i had a room with no bathroom door which was not ideal. i also found the pillows to be uncomfortable.

the location was great. it was a short walk into town with easy access to bars and restaurants. the staff were friendly and my comfort double room air-conditioning room was just as described. the bed was comfy and clean.

the hotel is a short walk from the city center. hummilius station is also about five minutes away. it is easy to go to kirshberg too. the park is near. !!!
