the location is certainly convenient. trams and the main railway station are really close. the staff seemed cheerful..

The location was really great. It was an easy walk from the train station. i liked that the room was very clean. It felt freshly refurbished. the street outside was quiet, even though i was so close to the tram and bus stops.
i thought that having no kettle in the room wasn't ideal, especially when i wanted a quick cup of tea.

Breakfast had many options. There was fresh fruit available. i also saw breads, cheeses, and meats. yogurts and cereals was there too, alongside dry fruits and boiled eggs, juice, and hot drinks. it was a nice spread.

The location proved convenient with access to public transportation nearby.
The receptionist seemed rather unfriendly upon arrival. They also seemed to forget to return my €50 deposit. I had to show photos to prove I hadn't used the minibar which felt a bit insulting.
