adequate location some room issues
good locationroom temperatureuncomfortable bed
the location was quite good for exploring the area and was close to transport links
my room was excessively hot and only a small fan was provided this made it hard to sleep well the noise from outside also did not help the bed wasn't very comfortable either

I appreciated the friendly STAFF, and the location proved convenient. Trams stopped just minutes away. The hotel also provided complimentary coffee and fresh fruit each morning. I considered that a really nice perk. Nearby cafes offered breakfast options. I liked the area.
My room was somewhat compact, and the shower leaked slightly.

Complimentary coffee and fresh fruit were available. This was a welcome offering each morning. A TRAM stop is situated very close to the hotel, providing easy access to various parts of the city. The hotel also offered luggage storage after checkout.

The location offered proximity to trams, museums, and several restaurants. THE central location was excellent, with key attractions within walking distance. I found numerous cafes and bars nearby.

The staff were very polite and helpful. They assisted with directions and taxi arrangements. They even helped me to order a taxi back to the airport. I also appreciated the availability to leave my luggage for some hours after checking out.

The location was excellent. It was close to many restaurants. The room was clean. Free hot drinks and fresh fruits were available throughout the day. This was a lovely touch.
The room was small. It had an awkward layout. The hairdryer was old and unusable. It needs updating, as it did not provide enough power.
