convenient location helpful staff rude receptionist outdated room
The location was very convenient. It was near the train station. the room was cleaned daily. the staff was helpful.
the shower was dirty. the receptionist during evening check-in was rude. the rooms require updates.

kind staff great water pressure steep stairs separate building
The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in. I was also impressed with the water pressure in the shower (it was very nice!).
The hotel is split into different buildings. My room was in a building above a shop and next to a pub. The room was accessible by steep stairs. It was quite difficult to get up them with luggage.

convenient location good breakfast tea facilities street noise
The location was quite convenient, I could easily reach the central station. The breakfast offered a good choice of items, I found something I liked each morning.
The room lacked tea making facilities. I also found that the windows were old, I could hear street noises at night.

central station helpful staff spacious room
this location was really so close to the train station. it made arriving very easy. staff greeted me warmly, and they helped me with directions. my room was spacious. i find this very pleasing.
the tv had limited channels.
