the room was large and clean. the reception staff were very lovely and helpful. i would definitely book again. the price seemed reasonable.
the ensuite shower was not great. i had difficulty getting the temperature right, and the water pressure was low.

the welcome was warm and friendly, it reminded me of i was visiting family. i was offered assistance with my bags upon arrival which was very nice. the secure car parking at the rear of the hotel gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay.
i noticed a slight lingering smell of cigarettes near the entrance.

The toilet was not properly attached. It moved each time I sat. A plug socket dangled precariously from the wall, I find this unacceptable. the lamps were notably dusty. The heating was stuck on, therefore, it was too hot throughout the night.

Cozy Stay Near the Infirmary

The host was knowledgeable! He was very helpful with local information and nothing was too much trouble . I also received a room upgrade. It was a nice unexpected surprise. The room included comfortable satin bedding and a kettle for tea and coffee.
The heating was difficult to manage. It made the room too hot at night, and I could not turn it off. I found this slightly inconvenient, disrupting my sleep a bit.

The location provided easy access to the Hull Royal Infirmary University Hospital. It was a short walk. The hotel is conveniently near the town center, facilitating easy access to a variety of amenities, shops, and restaurants.

The Double Room Ensuite was clean and tidy. It included a television and tea-making facilities. The room featured a clothe rack for storing clothes and it had nice chairs, also I found the quiet atmosphere particularly restful. A night stand with a night lamp was available.

The bathroom was not clean. i saw mold in the shower. also, the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too cold or too hot.
