Catherine provided assistance regarding nearby dining options. I was grateful for her help. the provided hospitality was excellent. the rooms were super clean and offered necessary amenities. the staff exhibited friendliness .

warm welcome clean room amazing food easy access
Kathleen gave a warm welcome. All the staff were nice. The room was really great. The food impressed me a lot. Everything about my stay met all my expectations and even some more, that was really charming. I found the place very relaxing. clean and really comfortable. The location allows easy access to York.
The bed was a little small for me. The air freshener did not get rid of a certain smell that lingered in the room.

the room was modern and clean (i loved the decor). the staff provided excellent customer service, so helpful with my children. i appreciated the toddler toilet seat in the room, really useful.
the room had a slight smell, even with the air freshener.

the staff were friendly! kathleen offered helpful information. the room was fantastic and the food was AMAZING!!! portions were quite large. a power cut occurred. the entire village came together then.
i noticed a very slight smell in the room, but it was negligible. it was quickly resolved with the provided air freshener.

The staff WERE friendly and cute. The food was tasty and filling. The room was recently renovated, it was very clean.
I noticed A smell in the room. There was an air freshener, however that did not resolve the issue. The bed seemed a little small for two people.
