The location is convenient near the metro station. The staff was helpful and cute . The breakfast included diverse options and satisfied different preferences (I enjoyed the fresh fruit).
The soundproofing in the rooms could be better. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep early.

the staff was really good, providing advice on local Cafes and transport options. They gave insights on sites to visit and directions on how to get there. The location is great because of easy access to public transport.
the hotel insisted on holding the full value of my stay. this incurred an international purchase charge and forex fluctuations. i waited for a refund later.

the room was clean with comfortable, big beds, even the single ones. breakfast had so many options and the ladies who made it where super nice too. it was such a delight, a beautiful space.

The staff helped me with my luggage. It was a nice touch.
I had trouble with the wifi. It barely worked in my room. The breakfast selection was also a bit of a letdown for italy. I expected more flavor and variety.
