I found the staff very helpful and cute. the room was cleaned daily and felt very fresh. breakfast had a large variety of foods. i appreciated the proximity to termini station. It made getting around easy.
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms.

the breakfast included many options such as pastries, cereals, and hot items. i saw fresh fruit and yogurt available each morning. coffee and juice machines were easily accessible in the breakfast area. seating was plentiful and staff kept the area very tidy.

the location near the train station was very convenient for my travel. friendly staff offered a welcome drink. the room got cleaned every day with new towels. breakfast was simple but i thought it was quite adequate for my needs.
i felt the room needed some modernisation. the aircon in my room didn't work properly.

A solid stay near the station
friendly staffrenovated floor
The staff checked me in quickly and gave some useful information about the area. I was happy to see the breakfast catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The floor I was on was newly renovated and looked lovely. I also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station.

the room felt spacious and i loved the comfortable bed and pillows. the air conditioning worked so well, even during the hottest days! the breakfast was really good (i loved the variety). the staff was always helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
the bar across the street made noise sometimes.

the receptionist was very helpful, that was acceptable.
The air conditioning did not work so it was uncomfortably warm. also, there was no hot water. That was really disappointing. i hoped they would fix it, but it never happened
