broken lift uncomfortable bed
The lift was not working it seems this is an ongoing issue. My room was small the bed was not comfortable. I could not access Wi-Fi in my room only in the lounge this was a problem for me

I booked a basic room. it was clean and functional with a sea view. the staff was friendly. i was offered additional coffee during breakfast. I appreciated this service. i will stay again.
The tv signal in the room was very poor. This impacted my viewing experience slightly

The breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereals and a hot cooked breakfast. Juice was available too. the location is fantastic and close to everything. delia stood out. She were really nice too ensure i had everything i needed for an enjoyable stay.

the breakfast offered a nice selection including juice, cereal, and a cooked breakfast. the location was convenient as it was very close to various amenities and attractions. delia was great and really went out of her way to ensure i had everything i needed for an enjoyable visit.
the tv signal in my room was poor, and there was no kettle available there either.
