The staff were helpful. They gave us info about local attractions
the room had a musty smell. a wet patch near the door smelled increasingly like urine throughout my stay. it REALLY was unpleasant

The room had generous tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was well appointed. I thought the bed was VERY comfortable.
The stairs were steep to the upper floors. There was no lift.

the breakfast had a really good selection and was more of a case of placing your order.
My room was on the third floor. i had to climb many stairs to reach it. the room was very small and fairly basic. I would not have booked had i known this.

the hotel provided easy parking right outside. i found my room quite comfortable and well-appointed. the shower worked perfectly, delivering consistent water pressure. breakfasts were indeed delicious and prepared with care. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the room i stayed in faced the street, there was a bit of noise early in the morning with deliveries... it faded quickly though.

the staff was always available and very helpful with any requests i had. they were polite and attentive during breakfast service, everything was well managed. check-in was efficient and very cute..
