great island stay!
close terminal nice staff needed amenities
friends recommended this place for my isle of man trip. it's very close to the ferry terminal. the staff was nice . i had everything i needed in my room.
My shower cubicle used a shower curtain. I prefer a door.

Superb Stay, Great Hospitality and Super clean Room
excellent service spacious room main promenade clean room
The staff provided excellent service from arrival. The triple room was surprisingly spacious. I found it quite comfortable. Location was ideal, just off the main promenade. I had easy access to everything I needed. The room was clean, which I really appreciated, and daily cleaning ensured it remained super clean.
The shower temperature could have been a little higher. That's about it.

The staff offered friendly assistance and were very helpful. They provided quick responses to requests. They were attentive to all guest needs. They definitely contributed to a cute atmosphere.

A single-person lift served upper floors well. Fast, free WiFi was available in my room. On-street parking was easily accessible opposite the building. It provided added convenience.

tea service simple access
the room offered tea, coffee, and biscuits. access to the guesthouse was simple because of a key fob i could also order a take away and eat it in the lounge.
The breakfast was not great. It was about the same price as a nicer breakfast at a local cafe.

kind staff free upgrade same rate
the staff was very kind. i checked in a few hours early.. they provided a free upgrade! when my flight was cancelled, they gave me the same rate for two more nights..
the room seemed a bit dirty.. it seemed that it wasn't cleaned after the previous guest.
