Really good service and comfortable stay
helpful staff local attractions ample portions
The staff were helpful. They catered to our needs. The receptionist offered valuable insights about local attractions, and the directions provided proved accurate. Breakfast provided a variety of choices with ample portions, something i appreciated.
Upon arrival, the mattress in the initially assigned room showed significant wear, a concern. The upgrade to a junior suite was welcome, the absence of a fridge in the room was a slight inconvenience.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom included essential toiletries. It also had fresh towels daily. The room's temperature controls allowed for adjustments to my preference.

the spa had a jacuzzi and a steam room. lunch was lovely and i had a rejuvenating body massage. the room was number 29 and the bed felt gorgeous. the meal was amazing and the waitresses were helpful.
the breakfast selection was not wide enough.

A lovely stay
friendly staff clean room varied breakfast convenient parking
The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Their service. My room was clean and spacious, it was very relaxing. The food offered a great choice, the breakfast especially was varied and delicious. I found the parking very convenient, there was ample space available.

The room was adequately spacious with sufficient space for luggage and movement, and it had necessary amenities. The beds had clean linen and provided a relaxing sleeping experience, a crucial factor for my restful nights. The bathroom included fresh towels and toiletries, it added convenience.

Staff members were always quick to respond to requests, and they did so with warm smiles. The check-in process was efficient. It took very little time and was well-managed. The restaurant service during breakfast and dinner was attentive.

The area surrounding the hotel allowed for QUIET walks with scenic views, a great way to unwind. The hotel's proximity to nearby attractions enabled easy exploration. Parking on-site was plentiful. This eliminated any stress about finding a spot.

The pool and sauna were enjoyable! i liked the gym! it felt compact but had enough equipment, for a decent workout. My visit was awesome. The staff also showed they had a warm welcome with a smile. They were always on hand to help.
I wish i could say the same about other things. I noticed hair on the sheets in the rooms. that's not great! the sink seemed like it wasn't cleaned well too, with toothpaste from other guests. that was very off putting. It really gave me the ick!

Wonderful Experience
lovely staff gorgeous bed smooth process friendly atmosphere
I spent a night here. All the staff members were lovely and approachable. I had a very good sleep as the bed was gorgeous. The view from my room included a nearby tower with great night lights. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and the atmosphere was friendly.
I found the Sunday menu very limited. I wished there were more options available.
