the staff were friendly.
the lift was small. only one person with luggage could fit in it at a time. this was quite frustrating as i had to wait several times.

unreliable lift loud music
the breakfast was fine with plenty of options to choose.
The lift seemed unreliable. It stopped even with only three people inside. i also noticed loud music from morning to night in the bar, restaurant, and terrace. it was audible even from the street. It was much too much.
