The location is really good along the seafront and the price was Really good for what I got. The reception staff were friendly throughout my stay. The facilities were also very good.
Late check out was not available when I asked. I paid for a sea view however my room was to the side of the building. I only got a partial view of the sea and it was disappointing. I did not receive any towel change during my two night stay there.

the location was good. it was close to amenities.
My allocated room felt cramped. the window barely opened, and the bathroom seemed like a box. i could hear every conversation next door. it seemed there was no soundproofing at all. I also heard cleaners loudly discussing towels.

I appreciate that the hotel is dog friendly allowing us to bring our dog. a lovely sea view was available from the room. This added to the enjoyment. the staff showed really good kindness, as the chef greeted our dog with a sausage. the breakfast staff provided helpful and friendly service, which we valued highly.
the room walls were thin, making it easy to hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The hotel offers a fantastic seaside area where i enjoyed drinks. It's a great spot to relax. the staff members i interacted with were all pleasant and helpful, very attentive. the breakfast i had was very nice, a great start to the day.
the sound proofness in my room seemed limited, and i could hear some noise from the adjacent room.

the staff was friendly all over the hotel.
the room was too warm as the window only opened a small amount. noisy guests next door and a lorry delivery at 6.30am caused disruption. i found it an uncomfortable night.

The location proved fantastic. I enjoyed the sea view from the room. The staff members I encountered were friendly. I found the outdoor seaside area quite nice. It provides drink service.
The window in my room allowed an icy draught. Despite the radiator being hot, the room was quite cold.
