friendly staff excellent food
The staff were friendly. the location was good. I ate in the hotel twice and the food was excellent and reasonably priced.
Car park access is via a narrow passageway at the side of the hotel. my car would not fit through. I had to park elsewhere.

the room was a good size for travellers and bags.
The free car park was difficult to access. Vehicles bigger than a suv might not fit. upon check-in, staff was unaware of previous promises regarding breakfast arrangements. i found it quite disappointing.

good breakfast comfortable bed thin walls dated decor
the breakfast was very good (i especially liked the english breakfast). the bed in my double room was also quite comfortable. i found the location to be convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. i appreciated the on-site parking, though space was a bit tight.
The walls seemed thin. I heard some noise from adjacent rooms. the room decor was somewhat dated. Some areas could use updating. (the food smell in the hotel bar bothered me a bit).

cute staff convenient options quick meal parking availability
the staff was very cute. i appreciated the convenient usb charging options in my room. the meals at the restaurant were served quickly, and i liked the atmosphere. it was great to have parking available. though a tight squeeze, it was valuable.
the car park was indeed a bit small, but it was manageable. it is just something future guests should know.

the room included ample space and comfortable beds, it was a twin room after all. usb charging ports were integrated into the lamps, a very convenient touch. the room's temperature was easily adjustable, too..

the staff provided prompt, friendly assistance when needed. check-in was efficient, and requests were handled quickly. they also gave directions to nearby shops, and helped find local services, too.

clean room warm room breakfast selection
I stayed in a clean, tidy room. It was wonderfully warm. The breakfast offered a great selection of items. I appreciated the quiet, attributable to the secondary glazing, despite being on a busy road.
The entrance to the car park was quite narrow and parking spaces were a bit small.

The hotel boasts a convenient central location. This provided easy access to local attractions. On-site parking was available. This made transportation stress-free. The hotel location is AMAZING!!!

lack of plug dirty ironing board
The breakfast was acceptable. It was great value.
I found the lack of plug sockets quite annoying. I had to climb under the bed to reach them, not a relaxing hotel stay. the ironing board was old and dirty, and the iron had burn marks. It wasn't ideal for ironing my clothes.
