mixed feelings about my stay

overheated room no air con

The breakfast was good value. This was a plus.

my room was overheated. it had no air con and the tv turned itself on each night. this woke me up and the staff couldn't fix it

The staff was friendly. The breakfast dining team, specifically Karen, was helpful. The location was good. It makes a lot of sense for anyone heading to South England. There was free parking available for my car .

I booked an Executive King Room. I found no coffee table in my room. The sofa I had was broken. There was a dirty copy of a tabloid paper behind the fridge that didn't work. I only found one bar of soap.
