The free on-site parking was acceptable. It saved the hassle of searching for a spot.
the staff member i encountered was aggressive and rude, which immediately made a poor impression. the location was also difficult to find initially. i did not find this cute.

basic features with some issues
insufficient insulationuncomfortable bed
the room lacked adequate heating throughout the night it was winter i found this unacceptable. insulation also seemed insufficient. the bed was uncomfortable with springs felt. i also noted a green emergency light illuminated the room completely even at night it affected my sleep.

Acceptable, but With Some Disappointments

The location was very convenient for the station.
Finding the place was difficult. I had to call for directions. The check in process was odd , all done by mobile phone , and I didn't see any staff. I also wish I had known about the lack of any food options when I booked.

The room had a comfortable bed. Fresh towels looked daily along with an amazing power shower. I appreciated the TV, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and hot chocolate provided.
Finding the hotel was slightly difficult.

The room had a nice size and included a comfy bed. The bathroom also had a good size. I found a great spot near town and the price was good. The staff made it easy to check in and they seemed friendly.

The staff allowed us to check in early because we needed to get to a wedding. They were very nice and accomodating, and also easy to contact. A porter worked here, he was lovely.
