the room was clean it had comfortable beds. plenty of tea and coffee were available. the ground floor room was convenient.
the shower did not work it was very noisy. only one switch worked it controlled the tv. i had to unplug the tv to plug in the kettle for coffee there were no staff around.

the staff were very friendly and kept me updated on my arrival. the room was clean with fresh decor. i found the location to be ideal for getting around. i really liked the equipped room.
the gap around the door let light in.

the room they gave me was clean and warm. the location was perfect for getting to the westland venue because it was a short walk. the bed was really comfortable too and the bedding was clean. i slept like a log.
there wasnt any staff on site which felt a little weird. the number to call when i needed assistance went straight to an answer machine. the bath plug leaked and the sink plug leaked which was annoying.

The room was a good size. The shower was also nice with powerful water flow. A selection of hot drinks, bottles of water and some biscuits were available in the room.
The bed was creaky. I ended up sleeping on the floor. There was a staff shortage. There was no food or even a slice of lemon.
