I have stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The reception team is always very cute, and their helpful nature makes the stay better. The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the main attractions. I especially appreciate the high level of cleanliness maintained throughout the hotel. It is peaceful, so you can get quiet after a long day.

The inadequate lighting in the rooms was the only slight issue i encountered .

The room was adequately equipped with a small fridge, a kettle, and complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water that staff replenished daily. The bed had fresh linens, and I found extra pillows in the closet. This allowed for more comfortable sleep.

The staff demonstrates a willingness to fulfill every request (including directions) and provided prompt assistance with luggage storage and early check-in. I observed that the breakfast staff worked efficiently to replenish the buffet during busy hours. I also felt very welcomed.

the staff were always available and helpful. breakfast included many vegetables and sweets. i walked to topkapi palace, hagia sophia, and the grand bazaar. the t1 tram line was very close. it took me to the ferry piers and the karaköy neighborhood.

i sometimes smelled a slight sewage odor in the room. it wasn't constant, but noticeable.
