the team working here were really helpful i found. i especially appreciated how quickly they responded to my requests. breakfast was served right to the room, right on time. i had requested it for 7:30 am each morning and there it was.
the pillows were definitely too flat i thought. i had a bit of trouble getting comfortable because of that. the noise from the pub went on until closing, it was quite audible in my room. a window rattled when the wind picked up. it was minor, yet it disturbed me slightly.
