Excellent Central Hotel
friendly staff super clean room great dinner
The staff was very friendly. The room was super clean. The bar service was first class. I stayed two nights and had dinner. The pizza and garlic chips were amazing. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and the staff serving was friendly. I will stay again soon.
I noticed the water pressure in the shower was quite poor.

The hotel is central. It is right next to the Harbour. Many places are within walking distance, a real plus. It is easy to reach many attractions for tourists.

My room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. Everything I needed for a great stay was there. Rooms have frosted small windows while others are bigger and brighter.

The breakfast was lovely. There was plenty to choose from on the menu. I had pizza, garlic chips, onion rings, and coffee, all delicious. The girls serving were so friendly.

The staff are amazing. They are friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in was great. The room was ready when I arrived. I received great service both nights for dinner.

lovely stay
cosy area lovely drapes
the bar area felt really cosy, a nice touch. the staff were excellent, they were very attentive and polite. the room was lovely (i liked the drapes), and the bottled water was a welcome addition.

cold temperature bedding holes
The room temperature was uncomfortable. It was cold. payment is at night, and even though the next day we were told that we could have indicated it, they should advise this. the bathroom was very basic and lacked heating. finding bedding with holes is a little disappointing.
