the location was very central to the peace bridge and bloody sunday memorial. the room was clean. kevin was a host. the staff were helpful, they have a great chat.

a fantastic stay

Kevin oriented us to the city centre. he also answered all our questions about the history of the town (i really enjoyed learning about it). free parking outside the building was available. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the variety.
the lack of tea or coffee making facilities directly in the room was a minor inconvenience.

the location was great for exploring the city.
The breakfast was a letdown. It was just a cold selection with not much variety, and nothing seemed particularly fresh. i expected more given the price of the room. a cooked breakfast would have made a huge difference.

The B&B is just a short walk from the city center.. five minutes on foot. My room had a very nice and neat bed, which gave me a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the self-serve breakfast that offered a wide variety.
The bathroom was somewhat dated.
