The staff were friendly and cute. That part met my expectations.
Carrying luggage up the stairs proved difficult. The parking situation was inconvenient too. I had to park quite far away and walk.

The room was very clean. It faced the beach. Breakfast offered many options, I found an amazing view during the meal. The owner was really helpful, he gave excellent directions to nearby attractions.
I found the street parking had a two-hour limit.

The room provided very nice views of the Royal golf course. I found the location to be fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful (the lady even left the key for me). I enjoyed the earlier than usual breakfast time. It really helped before my golf day.
