The location proved ideal (I enjoyed every minute). It was very close to the town center. The room was clean and quite cosy. Access to restaurants was easy.
I found the room very small. I thought self catering facilities existed, but they did not. Dropping off bags and then driving to the car park was a hassle.

loud barconstant bells
the bar next door was ridiculously loud on saturday night. it went on until 11pm! nobody warned me about that. also, the church bells nearby rang constantly all day and night. it was very annoying!

The location was excellent. It was convenient to shops, pubs, and the canal. i found walking around was quite easy. the room's decor was lovely, and it had a very comfy bed. i slept well.
The church bells nearby rang quite often. This went on throughout the day and even during the night.
