The location was great (convenient to everything).

The self-service setup meant guests were noisy at night. They screamed and shouted when entering and exiting, not able to get into rooms. I got woken up several times.

The LOCATION was right in the heart of town near many bars and restaurants. The room included everything I needed. The facilities were great and easy to find, AND there were no issues parking.

The tv remote didn't work properly, A MINOR inconvenience.

The location was fantastic, close to the castle. I found the room clean, and the bathroom spacious. Leaving our bags after checkout at the Vault bar was convenient. The staff there were fabulous, great to explore without luggage.

The tv remote did not work properly. The main door did not close properly. People were slamming the door day and night.

The staff picked up the phone promptly and guided me through accessing my room, because i had mislaid the code. Communication with the host was simple. They were accommodating and helpful to my parents.

I found the location to be perfect. The room had a fridge, I liked this very much. I also appreciated the modern, clean environment.

the room included almost everything needed. an iron was very handy. everything was clean and refurbished. tea coffee and milk were provided. the bathroom and shower were great. the shower was powerful and hot.

the codes for the internal doors were too simple. anyone could access any room at any time. the codes clearly don't change which creates security risks. i discovered someone was already staying in my room.
