the room was spacious enough for my luggage. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. the location was really convenient to access the castle and several dining options. the canal was also close by.
i noticed cobwebs on the ceiling corners in the room. the bathroom had a broken toilet seat. there was no hot water available one morning. the road outside was quite noisy and the single glazed window rattled.

The room was beautifully decorated. Its cleanliness was excellent. lucy, our cute host, made check-in simple and so friendly. parking was directly across the street at the curious fox. Breakfast there was delicious! the hotel's location is fantastic, perfect for exploring the area.
The room was a bit warm, a fan would have been useful to circulate the air more effectively. Even with the window open, it remained quite stuffy.

The hotel location is excellent. It is central to everything. The free allocated parking just across the road was a definite plus. The room itself was very clean, and it included a comfortable bed. Plenty of cupboard space was available, which i APPRECIATED.
The stairs were quite steep. This could present a challenge for some guests.

The host offered a friendly welcome. They provided well-organized service. This ensured we quickly settled in. Staff addressed all queries promptly. They were available and attentive.

A well-stocked bar is available downstairs, which offers a great evening atmosphere. Breakfast is at a restaurant next door. It is literally steps away. The home-cooked breakfast had entertaining staff. The experience was quite unique.

The room was spacious with ample room for luggage. There were usb sockets on either side of the bed. This made charging devices easy. Plenty of storage was available, including coat hangers and drawers. The room was functional.

The bathroom included a bath with an overhead shower. The shower head was quite large. The taps for the bath and washbasin were waterfall style, which i found luxurious. A tv and free WiFi were available. This provided entertainment.

The location proved convenient. The room had adequate storage space with six coat hangers in the wardrobe and plenty of drawers. USB sockets were available at either side of the bed as well as double sockets.

The room was very clean and had plenty of cupboard space, I must say.
I was a bit disappointed. There was no hot water in the morning. It was a shock. I rang the number, and they said they would boost the water but nothing happened. I left an email in the hope it would be sorted , but I didn't get any acknowledgement.
