the location was quite convenient to the winter gardens. my room was serviced daily which i found efficient. the breakfast included a good selection of choices with fruit and yogurt.
the sachet shampoos were difficult to open in the shower. the bar area became very busy at night when bingo was played. i thought the towels did not need changing every day.

The location was very convenient. It was close to main attractions, though the surrounding area felt peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, a great start to each day. The staff was helpful and ensured a warm, welcome throughout my visit.
My room was smaller than expected based on the photos. The bathroom felt a bit cramped with very limited counter space. I also noticed some noise from the street, it did disrupt my sleep a little.

I stayed here with my family and wow! we booked six rooms. Each was spacious and clean. the hotel had important facilities for everyone, from young children to adults! the breakfast was amazing. it had lots of choices like cereals, fruits, yoghurts, and a cooked breakfast with quality ingredients.

The hotel features a lounge, a pool table, a dart board. various board games. this provides entertainment options for both younger children and older guests. It's definitely a plus. the availability of these amenities.

The hotel is ideally situated. Shops and the town centre are near. winter gardens are also within walking distance. This convenience is really good. it meant everything was accessible. everything is within reach.

The breakfast dining room is beautifully decorated. It is also very clean. there is a wide selection of cereals. There are also fruits and yoghurts available. the cooked breakfast included high quality ingredients. Made a great difference.

I found the location quite practical. it was convenient as my event was nearby. the room was clean. and the breakfast started my day well. The staff were really friendly, a nice bonus.
the pillows in the room were quite thin.

The location was acceptable. It was near the car park.
The pillows provided were unfortunately too thin. A thick layer of dust coated the glass ceiling light. I doubt it had been cleaned recently. I reported that the toilet seat was loose upon departure, but I learned that every toilet in the building was supposedly the same.
