the host was so friendly. the self service continental breakfast had plentiful options. the room was clean and really pleasant.
the shower had poor water pressure. stains were ALL over the pillows and sheets. there was NO privacy unless the curtains were shut..

The bed was comfortable. The self-service breakfast had a great coffee machine. Self-check-in instructions were easy to follow, and I appreciated leaving my bag. Communication was clear, which gave me peace of mind, from the host. The room included biscuits with the tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean and had good amenities. The room size felt adequate for my needs. I found the hand wash in the bathroom to be lovely, a small touch that elevated the experience. The train station location was ideal for my travel plans. The hotel felt secure. I had a restful experience. It was very beneficial. I liked the breakfast choices. Everything was easy to reach. The overall location felt peaceful. The host offered very kind help. I felt very welcome here.
The public areas could use a bit of refreshing. it did not significantly affect my overall comfort.

the room was nice and warm. breakfast included was a good thing. there is parking available and its not far to walk to the town centre.
the cups in my room wasnt washed properly so the cleanliness wasnt how i like it. the shower room should have some work done to it, with the cracked mirror and grimy tiling. the shower was weak too.
