The breakfast was a real letdown. It took ages to arrive. when it finally was, it was barely warm. the staff serving breakfast seemed miserable and clearly didn't want to be there! also, my window had a big sign saying not to open it because it was damaged.

The room was clean and also WARM. The staff replenished the tea and coffee making facilities EACH day. The parking area was good. It made arrivals stress-free. I needed those things.

The free car park was definitely a bonus. My room was a good size. The staff accommodated me kindly even when I was late for breakfast!
My room was quite cold, it had a wooden floor and no carpeting. The bathroom door would not shut properly. The shower pressure was non existent, it was very weak.

The room was a decent size, and the beds felt quite comfortable. Tea and coffee were available in the room, convenient. I found the surrounding area really nice (it had wildlife and meadows around).
I noticed ladders and vacuum cleaners left in the hallway. The wallpaper was coming away from the walls, with sticky tape holding it in place. Breakfast was fine but I asked for scrambled egg and they said they could not do that.
