wonderful stay!
quirky rooms birthday gift
I really loved the themed rooms. They are very quirky. attention to detail was amazing. I even got a gift for my birthday. the hotel felt amazing!
The code to get into the hotel didn't work. It was a struggle. i had to call when i got there to get inside. i think the staff should double check these codes.

The hotel provides great access to the train station. Its a 20 minute bus ride. the location is close to many restaurants. this made traveling easy.

the staff are helpful, kind, and very attentive. jess, the manager, was very accommodating and warm. i was able to contact the hotel with questions before arrival via whatsapp.

The bed was very comfortable. I had the best sleep ever. the room was spacious and clean. the bathroom includes a nice shower with good water pressure.

The room was very clean, and the decor was lovely. the bed was comfy, and i slept really well . the location is good. It's near various amenities.
there was no air conditioning in the room, i found it uncomfortable. the bathroom door didn't shut properly, and that was inconvenient. i could hear a lot of road noise early in the morning from around 6 am, the earplugs helped a bit.

immaculate room helpful staff karaoke entertainment dark wall uncomfortable bed street noise
i stayed in the double room and it was immaculate. the staff offered assistance with our luggage up the stairs. i was able to have a quick bite downstairs and there was a good karaoke for entertainment.
black walls made little light available in the room. the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and there was no solid table to work at. the bar is within the building, so some street noise is to be expected.
