The hotel sits at a quieter end of town, away from MOST of the noise. It's a short walk to the promenade and a selection of local shops. Getting around to different attractions is simple from this spot.

i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the location suited me perfectly, being right on the sea front. amenities were nearby, so driving was unnecessary . the room was clean , and the bedding looked clean.
the dated room was a slight inconvenience , and finding milk for morning coffee proved difficult.

The room did not seem clean. I found a stain on the bed sheet. The bathroom felt really tiny and a bit dirty. the windows looked like they needed replacing, so the sea view was not great. I saw that the toilet roll was not even replaced before I checked in. It was quite strange.

the staff were very helpful (always a plus). i got a room with a sea view, and the location made getting to the pleasure beach quite easy.
the room needed a more thorough cleaning. i found old chips on the carpet. also, the shower wasn't properly cleaned, evidenced by finding a used shower gel packet.

i found the staff friendly. they helped me change my room so i could have a better space. the bar was nice with a pool table. it.
the noise from other guests was noticeable late at night. this disturbance made sleep a little difficult. better sound insulation would improve comfort.
