the hotel was very clean and that was acceptable.
my room, the beautiful king room, had a heater and i couldn't turn it off. this made sleeping difficult. the room became uncomfortably warm.

The bedroom felt very cramped! Breakfast times were very restricted. I pre-ordered two boiled eggs, but I received two poached eggs instead. The waitress told me the chef could not do boiled eggs as they had no egg cups. This is unacceptable.

the staff gave us the best tour ever! it, not just a quick stop. we totally took their recommendations for restaurants and pubs and loved them!
the bedroom was super tiny, so cramped! also, the breakfast times were strict with a preorder menu. i preordered boiled eggs, but they gave me poached eggs because they didnt have egg cups. like, what?

Charmed stay, amazing experience

Communication from the team felt good from the start. Staff members are very friendly, and the place is cosy. I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment, and it HAD everything I needed for my self-catering trip. Breakfast was excellent. I had it there one morning.
I found that the mattress was a little lumpy. I am used to memory foam. The milk in the tea set expired six months prior, unfortunate. But really, EVERYTHING was amazing!

The room had blackout curtains, so it was DARK for sleeping. The apartment features a full kitchen, and i could prepare all my meals. A separate living area provides more space.

Staff members offered helpful suggestions. They recommended local attractions, and i got to see a great show. The team provided quick responses. My needs were addressed promptly, which i APPRECIATED.

The hotel sits close to the city center. I was able to walk to many attractions, and the area felt safe, even at night. I could easily access public transport from the hotel.

the staff, they were like old friends, always ready with a smile and stories of this enchanting place. room 8 was ours for a few nights, a space so lovely, seemed like stepping into a dream. breakfast was a symphony of flavors each morning, a good start to the day. the walking tour with terry brown unfolded secrets of the town, a memory woven into our hearts.
i did find that the telephone conversations carried on until late near the 'james joyce' room, it was a bit distracting.

the decor was gorgeous and cozy with thoughtful design touches i appreciated the in room coffee with fresh grounds provided for steeping like tea the location was great being just a short walk to the city walls and fun irish pubs near waterloo street the breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices
my room was near the reception area so i could clearly hear telephone conversations until late in the evening this was sometimes disruptive especially when trying to relax before sleep
