Disappointing Room Situation

The staff were helpful upon arrival, but that didn't fix other problems.
I am very annoyed that the room I booked was changed without any notification. I also had a problem climbing to pass urine.

The room was spacious and well maintained. The beds were very comfy. The staff at the Lawrence (where I had to check in) were friendly. Despite having shared bathrooms and kitchens, everything was super clean.
The room i booked was changed without any notification. I had a problem climbing to pass urine. The new location was further away than the original.
