Disappointing Room Situation
changed room no notification
The staff were helpful upon arrival, but that didn't fix other problems.
I am very annoyed that the room I booked was changed without any notification. I also had a problem climbing to pass urine.

The accommodation boasts cleanliness and facilities met all my needs. The host was helpful. They answered any questions I had. The location provided great value for the price.
The room I booked changed. I received no notification. I have trouble climbing steps.

spacious room comfy beds friendly staff late notification urine issue far location
The room was spacious and well maintained. The beds were very comfy. The staff at the Lawrence (where I had to check in) were friendly. Despite having shared bathrooms and kitchens, everything was super clean.
The room i booked was changed without any notification. I had a problem climbing to pass urine. The new location was further away than the original.
