The Staff WAS friendly and helpful. The entrance HAD separate access codes adding to the feeling of security.
My room faced the pub next door AND it was noisy until late. Live music made it difficult TO sleep.

the receptionist was very attentive. she went beyond expectations to assist us with directions and recommendations. the room was indeed warm, a welcome respite from the outside weather. beds offered a comfortable night's rest, very crucial for a restful trip.
i found breakfast somewhat lacking. the bread seemed stale, and the limited toast provided was insufficient for our group. a more generous serving would definitely improve the experience .

Checking in was straightforward. The provided breakfast proved quite delicious. A short walk leads to the main areas.
I noted there wasn't advertised parking. Local car parks is what staff could recommend. A somewhat boisterous pub sat quite near. Noise arose when I opened our window.

the location rocks it's near everything. i found an iron and ironing board right in my room which saved my life. tea and coffee were available right there too i could get a quick fix anytime.
the radiator thermostats seemed a bit off.
