really good stay, highly recommend
amazing owners big room convenient location short walk
the owners were amazing. they did everything to ensure my stay was great. the room i had was very big. i found the location good, (it's) just a short walk to the beach. shops, including tesco, are close by. i would definitely come back.
the room was adequate, but there was no cleaning under the bed. the blinds were broken in the middle, so i couldn't close them properly. the toilet mats were not hoovered and flushing the toilet was loud.

even though breakfast is not available at the hotel, i found a cafe not too far away. everything i needed was situated nearby, providing several options for meals and snacks .

the staff was very helpful and showed me directly to the room upon arrival. they were very cute and asked throughout my stay if i needed anything, which i found to be very attentive.

the bedroom was clean. the bedding and towels smelled fresh (a nice touch). the kettle was super clean, indicating attention to detail. the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

the location is very good, with the hotel close to the prom. central tourist attractions are within easy reach from this spot. i appreciated being close to amenities and points of interest.

friendly hosts convenient location spacious room heating issues stained sheets bathroom cleanliness
the hosts were very friendly.. they were always available if i needed assistance. the location was conveniently close to the beach and other attractions. our quadruple room was quite spacious, which suited our needs well.
The room was a bit chilly, and the heating seemed to have some issues. the beds could have been more comfortable. The sheets had some minor stains. our bathroom needed additional cleaning to meet expectations.

happy stay!
good size comfortable bed helpful host reserved parking
the rooms was a good size, this i liked. the beds felt very comfortable. also, i liked that they helped carry our bags to our room, so nice of them. i had reserved parking, it was available for the 2 days.
the rules says quiet time starts at 9pm. i hear some music late.

this location offer some fantastic advantages. the hotel is walking distance to the beach and pier. the tram stop is near, so it is easy to reach the pleasure beach. it is a good area.

adequate but some issues
cold room insufficient heat
the owners were nice and helpful .
The room i had was quite cold. I had to ask for the heating to be turned on late at night. also, the water was not hot enough for a bath. the television was also difficult to operate, requiring multiple attempts to switch it on and off.
